We typically stay at the Holiday Inn Express because it is child friendly as we come to visit our grandchildren and take them to the pool at the hotel. The pool is always clean and rarely very busy when we are there. The room was clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us. The staff were friendly and courteous. After we checked out we realized we left something in the room and the staff were accommodating and gave us back the room key so we could retrieve it item with no issue. That was very appreciated.
Great hotel! I’ve been staying at the holiday inn for work related purposes and enjoyed it here a lot. Shoutout to the front desk Noah, Josie , Kora for always helping me out with any issues I have with my stay. They work hard and make sure every guest here is satisfied.
Stayed 3/1/26, The hotel has had a recent renovation. The new rooms are wonderful. After a long drive, check in was quick and effortless. Rooms are beautifully decorated, beds are super comfy and well anything you can need was available to you in the room, toiletries etc. Upon wake up I was greeted by friendly staff with smiles and pleasant conversation. Breakfast provided had a good variety and was freshly made. Definitely recommend a stay here!
Kora at the front desk was Super Helpful and extremely kind! She’s truly the best and she’s extremely good at her job! She deserves a raise!
Had an event there that utilized the large conference room and we also rented the pool. The pool goes from 3 feet to 5 feet. Towels were provided The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were attentive to all of our needs. Would highly recommend this for a similar event!!
Our night here was perfect. When I walked in, I thought the building was brand new...turns out it is 10 plus years old...they keep it perfect! Clean and comfortable room...quiet...and breakfast was really quite good! if I am ever in the area again, this is where I am staying!
I have some health issues so we got an accessible room. it was very modern and spacious with a comfortable bed. there were smart details like a little coffee nook, hooks for your coats and hoodies, and a built-in bench for your bags. they also had freshly-baked Heath cookies that I thought were to die for!
From check in to check out, we loved our experience here! Kora was super friendly and helpful with our check in process. Plus the yummy cookies they offered! Loads of parking and super comfortable at night
